Privacy policy
This demo website sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party tracking tools. Below, in detail: the data collected by the forms, what is done with it, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights.
Who is responsible for your data?
Agence Belle-Rive (entreprise fictive, site de démonstration Betta Studio), Quai Lamartine, 35000 Rennes, is the controller of the personal data processed on the website https://demo-immobilier.betta-studio.com.
What data do we collect, and why?
- Contact, quote and booking forms: the information you enter (name, email, phone, message and any other requested answers) is used only to process your request and reply to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive.
- Audience measurement: we count page views anonymously, without cookies and without keeping your IP address, to know how the site is used. This measurement does not require consent; you can still opt out with the box below.
How long is it kept?
- Messages and requests received: at most three years after our last exchange, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (for example invoices).
- Audience measurement: only anonymous totals are kept; the technical fingerprint used to avoid counting the same visit twice is deleted after 48 hours.
Who has access to it?
Your data is intended for Agence Belle-Rive (entreprise fictive, site de démonstration Betta Studio) only. It is stored by our hosting provider and may pass through our email service provider. It is never sold or rented.
Cookies
This website does not use any audience measurement or advertising cookies. Only technical items that are strictly necessary may be stored in your browser (for example your choices on this website).
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
Security
The website is protected by an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the messages received is restricted to authorised people.

Your data on this website
What data does this website collect?
Only what you type into the contact, viewing and valuation forms: your name, your email, your phone number, the property details and your message.
Are my requests passed on to an agency?
No: Agence Belle-Rive does not exist. Requests arrive in the website’s admin, managed by Betta Studio, and are never sold or used for marketing.
What does the website keep in my browser?
Your search filters and your latest online valuation, for the length of your visit, to fill in the next pages. They disappear when you close the tab.
Does the website measure its traffic?
Yes, anonymously and without cookies: only page views are counted, to see which pages interest visitors most.
How can I have my data deleted?
Write to Betta Studio through its website and your request will be deleted.
